The Longer Dodd-Frank Is Around, The More Difficult It Will Be To Get Rid Of, Says Frank

Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) answers reporters’ questions days after he announced he would not seek re-election in 2012. 

Frank says that as more time passes and more pieces of the Dodd-Frank bill are implemented it will become increasingly more difficult to repeal it. (0:39)
