Frank: Democratic President, Senate And House Necessary To Advance LGBT Issues

Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) answers reporters’ questions days after he announced he would not seek re-election in 2012. 

Frank says that the only way to advance legislation that presrves the rights of the LGBT community requires a Democratic president, House and Senate. (0:25)
