BP Might Be Making Blood Money Outside Libya, Says Senator

Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) said Wednesday that if allegations claiming BP arranged for the release of the Lockerbie  bomber in exchange for drilling rights, then any money BP earns on drilling outside the coast of Libya might be blood money. (0:24)
