New HIV/AIDS Strategy Pays Greater Attention To Gay Black Men, Says HHS Secretary

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said during a press conference Tuesday on the White House’s new anti-AIDS strategy that the government will focus on fighting HIV/AIDS in the most troubled communities. Sebelius notes that this would include gay, black men. (0:30)
