New Anti-Aids Strategy Focuses On Optimizing Care, Reducing Disparities, Says Sebelius

 Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said during a press conference Tuesday that the new HIV/AIDS strategy has three different goals: reducing the number of new infections, increasing access to care and optimizing health outcomes for people living with HIV and reducing HIV-related health disparities. (0:18)
