HIV/AIDS Patients Will Now Have Equal Access To Treatment, Says Sebelius

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said during a press conference Tuesday that every citizen with HIV/AIDS in the United States will have equal rights to treatment under the government’s new HIV/AIDS strategy. (0:26)
