BP Needs To Think Twice About Drilling Off Libya's Coast, Says Senator

Sen. Frank R. Lautenberg (D-NJ) said Wednesday that BP needs to wait for the investigations stemming from allegations claiming BP arranged for the release of the Lockerbie bomber in exchange for drilling rights before they begin drilling off the coast of Libya. (0:20)
