Billions Left In Education Grants, Says Education Secretary

Education Secretary Arne Duncan said Monday that although only Tenessee and Delaware received education grants as part of the Obama administration's "Race to the Top" program, there is still over $3 billion in grants remaining for states wishing to compete in the second phase of the competition.
