Iran Playing A Two-Faced Game With Afghanistan, Says Expert

James Phillips, the Senior Research Fellow for Middle Eastern Affairs at the Heritage Foundation, told Talk Radio News that Iran is playing a two-faced game with Afghanistan, wherein Iran is trying to remain on good terms with the civilian government but also funding extremists within the country.
