Governors 'Anxious' To Compete For Education Grants, Says Education Secretary

Education Secretary Arne Duncan said that governors are "anxious" to compete for remaining education grants following Monday's announcement that Delaware and Tenessee will receive a combined total of $600 million for their school systems. (0:08)
