Sebelius: Budget Proposes Historic High Investment in Health Care Fraud Prevention

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announces on Monday that her department's proposed budget for the 2011 fiscal year will invest an historic amount of money in health care fraud prevention.
