President Obama Sends Budget Off To Congress 

Standing in the Grand Foyer of the White House President Obama talked about the budget that was sent over to Congress this morning. The President spoke of the challenges facing the nation, and jobs lost in the last year. Obama also discussed tax cuts, large investment in clean energy, education goals and freeze in government spending. Furthermore, he is proposing a bipartisan fiscal commission to hammer out concrete deficit reductions. (10:18)
