Department Of Homeland Security Set To Expand Initiative To Deport Criminal Aliens

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says during a press conference Thursday that she plans to expand the Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Secure Communities initiative, a program that uses biometrics to identify and remove illegal immigrants who have committed crimes in the U.S., primarily in areas with the highest projected volume of criminal aliens.
