Biometric Techniques Efficiently Get Criminal Aliens Off Streets, Says Napolitano

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says during a press conference Thursday that the biometric techniques, such as taking digital fingerprint samplings, used by the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement is a more accurate way of compiling a suspect's immigration history than performing an interview.
