Chairman John F. Tierney (D-MA) asks the witnesses what is going to be different in the recovery process offered by the Walter Reed Army Center, in the House Oversight and Governmental Affairs Committee hearing.

Chairman Tierney (D-MA) states that the failing Medicare system must be fixed now, so that the soldiers returning from Iraq can recover the best way possible and not feel like America is not supportive enough. (0:58)
