Leahy Puts Forth Bill To Protect Gun Owners During Bankruptcy

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) unveiled a bill Tuesday that would prohibit creditors from seizing personal firearms from individuals that declare bankruptcy. Rep.
