Secret Service To Investigate Fox Tweets

The Secret Service is investigating the hacking of Fox New’s Twitter account following several Tweets falsely claiming that President Barack Obama had been assassinated.

Hackers broke into Fox’s account early on Monday and left a series of six tweets that President Obama had been shot to death in Iowa by an unknown assailant. 

Secret Service spokesman George Ogilvie has told various news agencies that the Secret Service will conduct a probe of the false postings and will conduct the appropriate follow-up.
