Freshman GOP'er Tags Obama's Timing In Libya As "Intentional"

A freshman Republican is accusing President Obama for intentionally waiting for Congress’ recess to make the decision to engage in Libya. 

According to The Hill, Rep. Austin Scott (R-Ga.) questioned why the president waited nearly two weeks after remarks demanding for Libyan strongman Moammar Gadhafi’s ouster to act militarily. 

“Why did he wait until the day after we adjourned Congress?” Scott said. “I believe that timing was intentional by the president.”
