2010 Election Cycle Officially Over, GOP Gains 63 Seats

The last contested House race is over after New York Republican Randy Altschuler conceded defeat to Rep. Tim Bishop, officially ending the 2010 election. 

The total number of net House seats gained after the November 2 “shellacking is now 63.
