TRNS Interview: Senator Rand Paul

TRNS spoke with Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) Wednesday morning over the ongoing debt ceiling negotiations. Paul says that the U.S. actually has enough revenue to continue paying interest on our debt and thus avoid default. He adds that he won’t support the Gang of Six proposal since it doesn’t balance the budget and actually adds $6 trillion to the deficit. (5:26)
