Pro-Life Leader Calls Deceased Doctor A Mass Murderer

Following Sunday’s murder of Dr. George Tiller, one of the few physicians in the U.S. willing to perform partial birth abortions, Randall Terry, founder of the pro-life organization Operation Rescue, issued a statement that garnered controversy for failing to explicitly condemn the attacks. Instead, the statement advised anti-abortion activists to continue the use of provocative language and actions. Today, Terry held a news conference at the National Press Club to reiterate his views.
“President Obama, the pro-abortion groups, their friends on Capitol Hill are going to try to browbeat the pro-life movement into surrendering our rhetoric, our actions, and our images,” Terry stated.
Terry did not mince word when discussing Tiller, referring to the deceased man as a mass murderer and saying that Tiller will go down in history as a villain.
“Horrifically, he reaped what he sowed...he sowed death and then he reaped death in a horrifying way,” said Terry.
Terry, who was recently arrested at a protest taking place during President Barack Obama’s commencement speech at Notre Dame University, denied the notion that the current administration is open to dialogue. Rather, Terry said, they are hoping the pro-life movement will ‘shut up’.
Tiller, who had been a controversial figure for years, was shot leaving church Sunday morning. Police apprehended a fifty-one year old male in relation to the crime.

Mr. Terry, continue to be bold and speak the truth...abortion is MURDER of the most innocent human beings. May the Holy Spirit fill you with wisdom, courage, understanding, boldness, and knowledge to speak the truth to this country and the world in which we live. Heaven is full of these innocent children who have never had a chance to take one breath of life here on earth. May the people of this country and the world turn away from sin and live out God's plan for us. May we instill and teach our children to abstain from sex until marriage...it can be done if we so choose. God gave us all free will...let us use it to build up His Kingdom here on earth.
Pretty much what TMK said Jun 2. Even though I don't think that the people of this nation will turn from evil except on an individual basis, those of us who have accepted Christ as our Savior still have a responsibility to stand up for what we know is right. May God give more of us the courage to do so each and every day. I've seen varying degrees of what passes for coverage from the other side of this issue while searching the OverturnRoe website regarding Dr. Tiller's murder for the promised link to Tiller's website (taken down immediately after his murder; this was definitely staged by those with power, if you ask me) and could not find it. I was hoping to disseminate it myself so that people could click on the link and judge for themselves whether or not this was a sick individual; offering funeral services, burial clothes, and baptismal sevices for his late-term victims! I personally believe that ala Nero and Hitler, those with power and a desire to turn the tide of public opinion again in their direction chose Dr. Tiller to be "expended for the cause" because the practices mentioned above disgusted even many "pro-choicers."
