Geithner says government needs to act fast

In a Senate Banking Committe hearing, Timothy F. Geithner, Treasury Secretary, addressed a Financial Stability Plan that he is proposing to establish. He stated that the government has to step in for a temporary amount of time so that way institutions can get back on their feet and that this plan will work if we move fast. (0:50)
