The American People will see where money is going

Timothy F. Geithner, Treasury Secretary, attended a Senate Banking Committee hearing today and spoke about a Financial Stability Plan that he is proposing to establish. A website will be available for the public to see all of the information reported to Treasury by recipients of capital assistance. (00:39)
