Google: Stop Online Piracy By Cutting Incentives

Opposing the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) for fear that it could shut down websites for the actions of one user, Google representative Katherine Oyama told the House Judiciary Committee that the way to stop online piracy is by eliminating the incentive to do so, not regulating third party websites.
