Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack says he hopes Congress will enact a bill that meets the President's objectives on energy, which include creating an efficient, cost-efficient and a comprehensive approach that leverages the Nation's capacity for innovation. Vilsack today signed an ethics agreement called for by President Obama to ensure that all departments operate under transparent and collaborative government.
