Rep. Hochul Feels Obligated To Protect Entitlement Programs

Rep. Kathy Hochul (D-N.Y.) told reporters Tuesday that she feels obligated to help Democrats protect Medicare and Social Security during debt negotiations. Hochul recently won a visible race in New York’s 26th district in what was widely considered a mandate on Medicare reform.
