Rep. Hochul: Protect Entitlements, Feed Grandma

Making a point about the importance of entitlement programs, Rep. Kathy Hochul (D-N.Y.) told reporters Tuesday that when families in her district are strapped for cash, they don’t propose starving their grandmothers or taking away her medicine.
