Duncan: Passing DREAM Act Is Issue Of Fairness And Economic Investment

Secretary of Education Arne Duncan testified on the behalf of the DREAM Act Tuesday at a hearing before Senate Judiciary Committee’s Immigration, Refugees, and Border Security Subcommittee. Duncan touched upon two reasons why the DREAM Act should be passed, fairness and economic prosperity. (0:55)
