DREAM Act Provides Firm But Fair Path To Citizenship, Says Napolitano

Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, displayed her support for the DREAM Act on Tuesday at a hearing before the Senate. Napolitano argues that the DREAM Act is a firm, but fair way for illegal immigrants who came to the United States as children to gain citizenship. (1:30)
