Mullen: Obama Listened To Military Leaders Before Issuing Afghan Plan

During an appearance Thursday before the House Armed Services Committee, Admiral Michael Mullen, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said that President Obama listened to the advice that he and other military leaders gave regarding troop drawdowns in Afghanistan. (0:25)
