Gates Responds To Karzai, Notes Taliban Responsible For 80% Of Civilian Casualties

Defense Secretary Robert Gates responded Wednesday to Afghan President Hamid Karzai’s recent frustration over civilian deaths.

Gates noted that 80 percent of civilian casualties can be linked to the Taliban, and not the U.S. (0:34)
