Drawdown In Iraq Will Lower Overall Defense Budget, Says Pentagon Official

Ashton Carter, Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics laid out some future goals of the Pentagon to help reduce the country’s deficit. Carter said that the overall defense budget will decrease due to operations overseas drawing to a close. (0:57)
