Offshore Drilling Moratorium Has Sent Jobs Overseas, Say Lawmakers

Senators Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-Texas) and Mary Landrieu (D-La.) said the Department of Interior’s moratorium on leaseholders in the Gulf of Mexico last year has resulted in 13 oil rigs leaving the U.S. to continue their operation, resulting in lost American jobs. (1:01)
