Napolitano: Border Agents Authorized To Use Lethal Force In Certain Situations

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano answered questions regarding the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, who was shot while attempting to stop a group of individuals near the Arizona border. Napolitano testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee. (0:26)
