Shelby: Administration Needs To Reduce Health Care Spending

A Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education held a hearing Wednesday to listen to Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, defending President Obama’s 2012 budget. Ranking member Richard Shelby (R-Ala.) raises concerns with the amount of funding being delegated to implement the Affordable Care Act (0:37)
