Harkin: Funding For The Affordable Care Act Will Continue

A Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education held a hearing Wednesday to listen to Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, defending President Obama’s 2012 budget. Chairman Tom Harkin (D-IA) raised some concerns he has with program cuts and subsidies. (0:47)
