Rep. Van Hollen: Don't Risk Job Loss During Recovery

Chris Van Hollen, the Ranking member of the House Budget Committee, asks why the GOP would want to threaten job creation in the middle of a recovery. Van Hollen was referring to the $61 billion in proposed cuts from Republicans. (0:40)
