CAP President: There Is Consensus That GOP Cuts Cost Jobs

John Podesta, President of the Center for American Progress Action Forum, says that there is consensus among economists, leaving out Former CBO head Douglas Holtz-Eakin, that the proposed $61 billion in GOP cuts would lose jobs. He testified before the House Budget Committee. (0:40)
