Republicans Trying To Turn Back Clock On Women's Rights, Says DeLauro

Rep. Rosa DeLauro(D-CT), among other house pro choice activists, told reporters Tuesday that the GOP’s spending proposal to discontinue funding to Title X which funds family planning centers such as Planned Parenthood is an all out “assault” on women’s access to health care nationwide. (0:37)
