House Dems Not Giving Up Title X Without A Fight, Says Lawmaker

Rep. Jan Shakowski (D-IL) among other house pro choice activists, told reporters Tuesday that the GOP’s spending proposal to discontinue funding to Title X which funds family planning centers such as Planned Parenthood is an all out “assault” on women’s access to health care nationwide. (0:44)
