While addressing an audience at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (CEIP) on Monday, Chinese Foreign Policy Expert Yan Xuetong stated that George W. Bush’s administration was much better at stabilizing the US-China relationship than President Barack Obama’s administration. (0:32)
