Chinese Foreign Policy Expert Yan Xuetong told an audience at the at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (CEIP) on Monday that China can catch up with the U.S economically in 10 years but it will take another 10-20 years for China to catch up militarily with the U.S (00:14).
