Chu: Not Very Much Will Be Recovered From Solyndra

Rep. Fred Upton (R-Mich.) questioned Department of Energy Secretary Steven Chu about how much tax payer money lost in the $535 million Solyndra loan guarantee is likely to be recovered. Chu replied “not very much.” (0:22)
