Chu: Appropriate Decisions Were Made Regarding Solyndra

Rep. Fred Upton (R-Mich.) asked Department of Energy Secretary Steven Chu if he owes the taxpayers an apology for the $535 million lost under the Solyndra loan guarantee. Chu replied that he believes appropriate decisions were made, but noted that the incident was unfortunate. (0:22)
