Florida Dem: Lax Piracy Laws Will Discourage Future Innovators

At a House Judiciary hearing on a bill designed to curb online piracy, Rep. Ted Deutch (D-Fla.) said doing nothing to combat piracy would discourage future innovators “because they’re not going to be compensated for their work.” (0:15)
