Majority Whip: Country Can't Wait For Obama Or Reid

House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) criticized President Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) for playing politics instead of focusing on serious issues. Poking fun at the White House’s new slogan, McCarthy said that the county can’t wait for lawmakers to step up to the plate. (0:09)
