China Currency Bill 'Doesn't Make Any Sense,' Expert Says

Stephen Orlins, president of the National Committee on United States-China Relations, questioned the motives behind the China currency bill calling the measure “a bill that really doesn’t make any sense.” The Currency Exchange Rate Oversight Reform Act was designed to give the U.S. tools to pressure countries that undervalue their currency.
