Stimulus Spending Defies Common Sense, Says Lawmaker

Sen. Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) criticizes stimulus spending in arenas that do not create jobs or have a worthwhile impact on the economy. Coburn, who released a report on the Recovery Act with Senator McCain (R-Ariz) Tuesday, questions whether the spending is complying with common sense. (0:36)
