Government May Not Impose License Requirement On Attorneys, Says Constitutional Lawyer

Vince Warren, Executive Director of the Center for Constitutional Rights, discusses a lawsuit his group and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) are filing against the U.S. Government. The lawsuit challenges a Treasury Department provision that requires attorneys to obtain a license from the government in order to provide legal counsel to an individual that has been designated by the U.S. as a specially designated terrorist.
