Biden: Republicans Are Anti-Business

Vice President Joe Biden accused Congressional Republicans Thursday of hindering business through their opposition to the Recovery Act.

“I respectfully suggest [Republicans] are anti-business,” Biden said during an address in Manchester, New Hampshire. (0:06)
